This is another go at using the feedback loop of inbuilt computer speakers -> inbuilt computer microphone that I first tried a few years ago with 'Running' (vanappears.bandcamp.com/album/running). This time though with a lot more direct input to the process - tapping the computer, hitting jars, guitar, piano etc., where 'Running' was _mostly_ just the sound of the process itself.

This time in order to avoid the high pitched shriek that comes from that feedback process I slow the input before playing it back, no low-pass filters. The little bit of software I wrote to do this is available here: github.com/van-appears/slowloop (Java-based application)

That software produces monophonic output; so any stereo tracks here were made by basically repeating a similar process twice, then assigning one output to the left channel and one to the right, using Audacity.
